Marines’ Memorial Club
609 Sutter St., San Francisco, California
Join us for the Pacific Admiralty Seminar on October 10 (Thursday) & 11 (Friday) in San Francisco!
The one-and-a-half-day seminar provides 9 or more CLE credits (maritime-specific credit for certified specialists in admiralty and maritime law), including up to 1.25 hours of ethics credit for the lunch presentation “Psychology of Litigation” by the Hon. Jeremy Fogel, Ret. U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of California. The program features experienced practitioners from the U.S. and UK, discussing the maritime legal industry’s most significant recent developments (the MV DALI allision with the Baltimore Bridge, Great Lakes Insurance SE v. Raiders Retreat Realty, and Ehart) and navigating litigation with international influences. The Seminar also includes the traditional review of personal injury updates (“The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly”) and a Thursday evening reception.
The Seminar coincides with San Francisco’s Fleet Week and the Parade of Ships, Ship Tours, and the Blue Angels Airshow, so join us during San Francisco’s popular warm-weather season!
